Post-pandemic, employees struggle with interpersonal relationships as we adjust to our new norm. Our goal is to close those gaps by creating stronger bonds, by inspiring individuals to work to their greatest potential!
As an elementary educator with 22 years of experience, Amy Michalisko's passion for team building began when she volunteered to conduct free professional development for the school she taught at.
Since then, Amy has left teaching to pursue a dream of building stronger foundations amongst employees in the workplace. TEA has been in the business of servicing schools ever since.
